Keith Gilbert
Managing Partner

Keith Gilbert is the 3rd generation Gilbert in the hospitality business, with nearly 30 years experience with PLHG. A graduate of Yale University and the MIT Center for Real Estate, Keith has developed over $35M of new construction and renovations for Park Lodge Hotel Group's portfolio. He is an approved franchisee and operator of Marriott and IHG, a member of the IHG Franchisee Council, and a past member of the Greater Boston Convention & Visitors Bureau.

 

Jahayra Santiago
Area General Manager

Jahayra Santiago rejoined PLHG in late 2022, after a 15 year hiatus, during which time she managed several Greater Boston full service properties. Jahayra is responsible for overseeing the Operation, Marketing, and Finance of al PLHG owned and managed properties. Jahayra is a graduate of Salem State College, and past member of Peabody Chamber of Commerce.

 

Bob Clement
Consultant

Bob Clement joined PLHG in 1997, serving as President and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the Operation, Sales, and Accounting of all PLHG owned and managed properties. Prior to PLHG, Bob served as Regional Director of Operations for TFG Hospitality, Inc. of Boston, which took possession and managed a portfolio of 22 Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) owned hotel properties throughout the Northeast, in addition to other bank-owned properties in multiple states. In his current role as consultant, Bob assists ownership when needed.


Tony Rodrigues
Director of Engineering

Tony Rodrigues joined PLHG as Assistant Chief Engineer in 2007. Now as Director of Enginerring, Tony oversees the repairs and maintenance of all PLHG properties and is instrumental in supporting the coordination of all hotel renovations. Tony received his certification from the Bay State School of Technology in Canton, MA.


Dan Gregorio
General Manager of Courtyard Marriott

Dan began his hospitality career at PLHG after graduating from the UMass Amherst Hospitality Program. He worked with us from 2006-2013, and during that time held numerous hourly and management positions throughout the Front Office. Dan returned to PLHG in November 2017 as the General Manager of the Courtyard Marriott.

Anya Wright Senn
Director of Sales & Marketing

Anya Wright Senn joined PLHG as Sales manager in 2016.  Now, as Director of Sales & Marketing Anya oversees the entire Sales and Marketing efforts of both the Courtyard Marriott and Holiday Inn Express.  Prior to joining PLHG, Anya has worked for branded and boutique hotels in downtown Boston.  A graduate of the Umass Amherst Hospitality and Tourism program with a minor in Psychology. 

Kaitlyn Tokarczyk
General Manager of Holiday Inn Express

Kaitlyn Tokarczyk joined PLHG as a Guest Service Agent in 2008 and is currently the General Manager of the Holiday Inn Express. During her years at PLHG, she has held many Operational positions; Sales Coordinator, Front Desk Supervisor, Assistant Front Office Manager and Guest Services Manager. Kaitlyn is originally from Cortland, OH and graduated from Malone University with a Bachelor's Degree in Education.
